Setting up your Agent
You can edit your agent by logging into your account and clicking the “Edit agent” button on the left-side navigation.

Enable SMS
Due to new carrier rules and regulations, enabling SMS capabilities on your Vida AI phone agent requires that you register a “Brand” and “Campaign” with US carriers. Head over to the Enable SMS section for more information.
